Ocorian is one of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join our Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of trust structures, working closely with clients, beneficiaries, bankers, investment managers and other professional advisers. Responsibilities include: Assist with administering trust structures; Assist with conducting Trust Reviews, investment reviews, and ongoing-transaction monitoring; Assist with review and reconciliation of bank statements; Assist with billing and collection of receivables; Ensures accuracy and detail of trust records, the trust file and client database; Attends to all incoming correspondence; Assist with client needs and preparation of meetings; Liaises with all interacting intermediaries; Takes an active role in personal development and company development.

Requirements

Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management would be a benefit but is not required. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically MS Word. Proficiency with Viewpoint would be an asset. Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, attorneys and colleagues, exercising discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
