We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Merchant Team Analyst to support demand planning, inventory analysis, product data management, and reporting to support informed merchandising decisions. Key responsibilities include supporting demand forecasting, analyzing sales and margins, managing new item setup, and investigating data discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, inventory, demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP, inventory, replenishment, or demand-planning systems preferred.
Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting experience is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage large datasets and competing priorities.
