The Store Manager leads the Orange Bay Company retail team focusing on exceptional customer service, sales performance, and long term client relationship building. While the primary focus is on people leadership, clienteling, and sales excellence, the Store Manager also ensures smooth day to day operations that support the store's overall success. Key Responsibilities include creating a warm, premium environment, acting as a central point of contact for staff, training and mentoring team members, ensuring opening/closing procedures are met, and overseeing merchandising, social media, and furniture staging.

Requirements

Background in customer service and clienteling, with an understanding of premium or luxury retail expectations. Management experience is beneficial but not required if leadership capability is clearly demonstrated. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency with POS systems and retail software. Comfortable with daily reporting, cash handling, and basic financial processes. Strong communication skills. Ability to train and develop team members.
