In this role you will be responsible for supporting corporate governance for the Bank and its subsidiaries, manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and provide support to Boards on governance matters.

Requirements

Relevant experience in a legal/corporate governance position, including comprehensive knowledge of Bermuda Company Law. Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of working collaboratively in a small team.
