The successful candidate will support the ongoing growth and overall success of the medical practices. He/She shall oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of adequate and equitable personnel policies throughout the organization; provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all staff and support an open-door policy, inclusiveness and transparency, ensuring that the interests and welfare of employees are preserved and protected at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; at least three years of operational and staff management experience. Hospital or clinical environment experience is strongly preferred, as is revenue cycle management and electronic claims processing. Proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of Cerner Healthcare is advantageous. Must be willing to work extended hours as required.
