Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in embedding best-in-class governance practices as the business continues to scale. While the role is positioned at a mid-senior level, we are equally interested in individuals who bring strong foundational experience, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow alongside the business. Requirements

A self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, capable of leading and continuously strengthening the Company's corporate governance and compliance framework. Comfortable supporting Board and committee governance, maintaining governance documentation and company records, and ensuring regulatory and audit readiness. Able to lead the adoption and ongoing evolution of governance policies. Able to manage regulatory interactions, compliance monitoring, and required filings. Capable of conducting and assisting in the coordination of broker due diligence, including regulatory status, AML/ATF controls, sanctions screening, and conduct risk assessments. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and work across time zones.
