We are seeking a dynamic and innovative CEO to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership to an Industry leading Bermudian Wine, Spirit, Beer and Beverage Wholesale and Retail Company. Responsibilities include leading company growth, working with the Board and Department Managers on strategic plans, budgeting, supplier relations, and directing programs for distribution procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred. Ideally 10+ years of supervisory/management experience. Proven track record of successfully managing people. Experience in retail or wholesale environment. Demonstrated superior communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
