Our client, Efficiency Ltd. is seeking a HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. Efficiency Ltd. is the authorized distributor for MITSUBISHI mini-split systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) DX systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) chilled water systems. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC equipment; troubleshooting air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and heating systems; and participating in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience. Proven experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing split systems, ducted systems, and VRF/VRV equipment. Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, compressors, motors, and HVAC control systems. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and fault-finding procedures. Valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
