We seek qualified, highly motivated, and experienced professionals to work in a supportive but demanding environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing business relationships on behalf of the CFO providing a first point of contact service for internal and external clients. Developing and maintains hard copy and electronic filing and document management systems on behalf of the CFO and Finance Department to ensure that records and documents are appropriately catalogued, secure and retrievable. Effectively managing the diary commitments of the CFO planning the most effective use of their time Coordinating Bermuda and international travel and accommodation requirements for the CFO, VP and their visitors, preparing itineraries and liaising with hospital accommodation and the concierge service as appropriate Taking responsibility for the establishment and management of formal Boards and Meetings. Compiling and circulating agendas, expediting matters arising, general preparation of papers and meeting documents. Producing minutes and actions, circulating them within departmental deadlines Covering for other administrative and secretarial staff absences as required Qualifications &/ Registration required: Educated to Associate Degree level in a related discipline. Attended vocational courses in secretarial / administrative subjects Seven years secretarial / administrative experience. Some experience as a PA / Secretary supporting senior executives is preferable Legal or Corporate Experience with extensive meeting experience Experience with Board portal software is an asset Must be able displays excellent verbal communication. Use all Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Organise work and use independent judgement Work flexibly as a team and organise events and meetings

Requirements

Educated to Associate Degree level in a related discipline. Attended vocational courses in secretarial / administrative subjects Seven years secretarial / administrative experience.
