Administrative Support For Chief Information Officer

Working under the guidance and direction of the Chief Information Officer, the post holder is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team, managing internal and external communication of the Administration Section, and performing various clerical duties in a timely manner to enable the efficient functioning of the department.

Requirements

Post holder must have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field. Consideration may be given to applicants with five years of relevant experience in a similar role. The candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, experience with administrative support at a senior level, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
