Emergency Physician - Urgent Care (locum /full-time)

Professionals seeking a challenging position working in a demanding and diverse environment are invited to apply for full time and part-time posts. The Emergency Department at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital is Bermuda's only emergency department providing care for approximately 34,500 patients annually, with excellent specialty support. The Emergency Department will expand its scope of operations to include the Eastern Urgent Care Center that will commence operations as an evening, night and weekend operation to provide sub acute care at the eastern end of the island. We are currently recruiting qualified Emergency Room Physicians or Family Practitioners with Emergency or Urgent Care Center experience.

Requirements

Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (US, Canada, Australia) or Consultant with Specialist Registrar Training in Accident and Emergency Medicine (UK), or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years experience in Emergency Medicine. BLS, ACLS, APLS or PALS and ATLS certification.
