Trust Services Administrator

The position reports to the Vice President, Trust Services and provides transactional and administrative support to the Trust Services team in the management of High Net-Worth Clients. Your responsibilities will include processing, reviewing and monitoring diverse transactions, reconciling cash and fund positions, managing daily workload to ensure all transactions are completed within deadlines, gaining customer confidence through accurate service delivery, ensuring compliance with Trust deeds, refining processes, assisting with problem resolution, filing paperwork promptly, drafting Trust and Company documents, maintaining accurate records, attending client meetings, assisting with Trust account processes, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

Requirements

University degree and three years’ experience in banking, investments, trust or a comparable business environment. General understanding of Trust and Banking principles and procedures would be an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative. Able to provide excellent customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Commitment to pursue STEP qualification.
