Accounts Administrator

Seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of Accounts Administrator. Key responsibilities include reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, processing of local and foreign payables, bank accounts, journal entries, report preparation, and customer/vendor account queries. The candidate should have at least five years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with reconciliation analysis knowledge, accounting education, knowledge of computerised financial systems (Dynamics GP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. They should also possess organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Minimum of five years' Accounting/Bookkeeping experience, with comprehensive knowledge of reconciliation analysis. Education in the Accounting field. Knowledge of computerised financial systems (Dynamics GP preferred, not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Solid organizational skills. Excellent analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a team environment. A problem solver with sound decision-making skills. Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision. Dependable, reliable and accurate. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new software is an asset. Team player with exceptional customer service skills
