One Communications ("One") is currently seeking applicants for the position of Service Manager to manage the post installation experience of Brava's top tier clients. This role will act as the point of contact to support Account Managers but also perform regular service performance reviews with customers and work with Local Smart Hands to provide a white glove service to Key Customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop strong relationships with strategic customers. Understand the customer's requirements and pain points. Work collaboratively with the customer to ensure we are meeting their requirements. Be the Voice of the Customer by vigilantly and urgently ensuring that all service issues are addressed to the satisfaction of the customers, escalating to the highest levels of Brava as necessary. Update the customer during critical outages. Regularly conduct reviews in accordance with the process above. Conduct proactive account review calls and visits for each customer with the intent of cultivating and growing relationships. Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management. Build monthly Service Reports to share with the customer. Identify, document, and bring forward customer post installation issues for resolution. Communicate regularly with Brava stakeholders. Serve as the interface between customers and other departments to ensure projects and escalations are completed timely. Proactively identify accounts where red flags may be present which may result in revenue loss and formulate. a plan of action to retain customer and protect revenue. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with training customers on new products and services. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of business administration and customer service. Proven work experience in customer service, especially as it relates to customer problem solving. Work experience in telecommunications/IT services with emphasis on voice, data, internet, and cloud-based products and services. Familiarity with the use of internal IT systems (CRM/billing, and trouble ticketing) and Microsoft-based applications (Office, Teams).
