Chubb Group Management and Holdings Ltd. invites applications for the position for a Senior Communications Specialist reporting to the Chief Administration Officer. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for driving internal communications across our subsidiaries. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Meeting the internal communications needs of the Chubb subsidiaries in Bermuda - Producing weekly employee newsletter and collecting metrics to analyze readership - Coordinating sponsorship committee meetings, generating all correspondence, agendas, minutes, and tracking requests and budget - Coordinating and providing communications support for Chubb's community activities including Chubb Foundation and Sponsorship committee, career days, conferences and company meetings - Providing Bermuda-based communications and support for global employee conference calls - Providing communications support for employee services group initiatives and to other internal support functions and committees - Placing Bermuda-based advertising and ensuring corporate listings and directories are maintained - Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with local vendors including printers, design agencies, ad agencies, and publishing houses - Assisting with development of marketing materials when required and ensuring that global branding guidelines are adhered to - Managing Bermuda region intranet site and providing training sessions for content managers and general users - Maintaining up-to-date supply of marketing kits and distributing annual and quarterly reports to underwriters - Fielding media enquiries and internal communication requests and where appropriate coordinating with global Communications Department - Providing crisis communications support to the hurricane management and disaster recovery teams. - Providing support to the Director, NA Marketing & Communications on Bermuda events and marketing initiatives At a minimum, the successful candidate should possess the following: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. - Minimum of three years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or related roles, preferably within insurance or financial services. - Experience managing budgets and financial reporting. - Prior experience with internal communications platforms and Intranet management. -Skills & Competencies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Familiarity with newsletter production and digital communication tools - Experience analyzing metrics and preparing reports. - Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities -Personal Attributes - Proactive and self-motivated - Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Discreet and able to handle confidential information -Other Requirements - Willingness to work flexible hours to support events and crisis communications as needed - Knowledge of Bermuda's business environment and local community is preferred - Capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from various disciplines on intricate projects
