Facility Manager - Healthcare (expat Or Local Hire Possible)

The Facility Manager oversees the facility management and operations of King Edward Memorial Hospital, Acute Care Wing in Bermuda. Responsible for managing and maintaining customer facilities, overseeing capital lifecycle projects, managing building staff and vendors, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensures profitability through effective planning, management, and development of controls and procedures. Key duties include managing facility operations for safety and efficiency, maintaining communication with stakeholders, developing maintenance programs, managing performance, troubleshooting, coordination of utility activities, tracking project costs, contract negotiations, and adherence to health and safety policies.

Requirements

5 years of experience in facility management, preferably with healthcare facilities. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and structural systems. Must have valid driver's license and obtain necessary security clearances. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities required.
