In this role you will: Be responsible for business management activities including collating management information, performing data analysis and preparation of management reports Manage key governance activities including collating and disseminating all governance forum meeting packs, updating committee terms of reference, and taking formal minutes and actions from all governance forums Help support and manage the inhouse trading portal, respond to client queries, resolve trading issues, present portal capabilities to clients, and work to facilitate increased client adoption Support client service activities driving optimisation of client engagement and response time Perform general office administration duties including management of department records, expenses, supplies, travel, attendance, help with client events/functions, and management of visitors To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and an understanding of database management Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and plan ahead Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion Dependable, customer focused, and the ability to build trust-based relationships and work well within teams When you join HSBC, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, a highly energised team, and have access to exciting opportunities and benefits, such as: Salary and benefits designed to give you a solid foundation for the present and future Mentoring, coaching, and training to upskill yourself, including word-class learning opportunities Flexible working environment Range of resources to support your mental, physical, and social well-being Opportunities to work internationally, and join a range of Employee Resource Groups Personal data held by HSBC relating to employment applications will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which is available on our website.
