Tomorrow’s Voices – Bermuda Autism Early Intervention Centre is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. We are a well-established non-profit organization providing therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about speech and language development, enthusiastic about working in a collaborative ABA-based environment and committed to helping individuals reach their full communication potential.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution; Valid registration/license as a Speech-Language Pathologist; Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility preferred; Local registration to practice with the Council for Allied Health Professions (CAHP) and meet all re-registration requirements; A minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities; Demonstrated hands-on therapy with individuals with Apraxia, articulation disorders, and other speech impediments; Competency with the use of assistive technology (e.g., PECS, AAC devices); Previous experience working in a collaborative setting alongside ABA clinicians or behavioral teams.
