At Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre (BCHC), we are seeking an experienced Lead Radiation Therapist to join our Radiation Oncology team. In this position, you will provide leadership, training and guidance to Radiation Therapists while also performing clinical duties. You will work closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement in technical practices and patient service programmes. Key responsibilities include daily oversight of Radiation Therapists, preparing clinical schedules, coordinating treatment with multidisciplinary teams, delivering radiation therapy treatments, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited Radiation Therapy training program. Bachelor of Science is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist. Proven experience in a similar role. Active certification by ARRT or internationally recognized certification. Eligible for registration with Bermuda Allied Health Council. Valid Basic Life Support certification. Proficient in Radiation Oncology Information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
