Reporting to the Restaurant & Event Manager and Corporate Executive Chef, this role drives catering sales, manages client inquiries and bookings, and acts as the main liaison with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. The role includes, but is not limited to, managing client proposals & contracts, assisting with event logistics and vendor coordination, assisting with sales strategy and managing invoicing, sales reporting and other key administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in a similar administrative support role. Experience within catering and/or restaurants is desired. Proven sales ability with a results-driven mindset. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent client communication skills. Detail-oriented with proficiency in record-keeping and reporting. A valid driver's license. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Committed to supporting smooth and profitable catering operations. This role is open to Bermudian, Spouse of Bermudian and PRC holder applicants only.
