Supervise, train and inspect the performance of the Pool/Beach Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary at the beach to ensure optimum service to guests. Includes the planning, organizing and directing; carrying out programs and activities, that provide entertainment, intercommunication, exercise, and relaxation. Be available to all guests and encourage participation. Previous supervisory experience is compulsory for this position.

Requirements

Valid certification in first aid and C.P.R., 1 year experience in Pool/Beach and activity services, fluency in English, ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with assigned staff, to prioritize and organize work assignments, to delegate work, to direct performance of assigned staff and follow up with corrections where needed, to motivate assigned staff, ascertain staff training needs, maintain a cohesive team, perform job functions in outdoor environment.
