St. Andrew's Presbyterian church is seeking a Church Office Administrator to help lead the day-to-day operations of our church office and serve as a welcoming first point of contact. Responsibilities include: church communications and publications, office and membership records, calendars and scheduling, meeting support, website updates, facility and rental coordination, property matters, and assistance with financial administration.

Requirements

3+ years of administrative experience; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Strong Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks Pro experience preferred; A warm, professional, service-oriented approach; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; References may be required.
