Reporting to the COO, Marine Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of a busy marine service operation, leading the service team and overseeing all boatyard activities. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while driving productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Technical or vocational certification in marine mechanics or a related field
Valid Light Truck driver's licence
Minimum 7 years' hands-on marine technician experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of marine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fuel, and cooling systems
Experience with Mercury, Yamaha, and Suzuki outboard engines preferred
Proficiency with marine diagnostic tools and software
Proven leadership, customer service, and team management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required
