Reporting to the Director of Group Sales and Director of Transient Sales, this role is responsible for driving group, meetings, events, and corporate travel revenue for Fairmont Southampton through proactive business development, strategic account management, and relationship-based selling. As the resort’s primary sales representative within the Bermuda market, this role is responsible for identifying, contracting, and growing business across corporate, association, incentive, government, social, and business travel segments. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and help position Fairmont Southampton as Bermuda’s leading destination for meetings, events, and business travel.

Requirements

Requires minimum three years of hotel sales, group sales, corporate travel sales, or hospitality business development experience; experience developing new business, negotiating contracts, and managing strategic accounts; experience with Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and related hotel sales, reservation, and CRM systems preferred; bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
