Docksider Pub and Restaurant requires an Executive Sous Chef. The successful applicant will have high standards of food hygiene and follow the highest standards of health and safety regulations. He / she will have good time keeping skills and be willing and able to work split shifts, weekends, late nights, and public holidays. The ability to order, control inventory and monitor portion and waste controls to maintain margins. The applicant must be able to write schedules and run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive chef. Experience in the catering industry is a must.

Requirements

5 years' experience in a similar position. Qualifications from a recognized institution are required.
