On behalf of our client Harbourside Holdings Limited (Trading as Flanagan's Irish Pub & Restaurant, Outback Sports Bar, Snug Café, The Loft and Divots Bar & Grill), we are seeking various hospitality roles. Positions include Assistant Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Baker/Chef, and Food & Beverage Server. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Only Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians and/or PRC Holders need to apply.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: 10 years experience; Head Chef: 5 years experience; Sous Chef: 3 years experience; Chef de Partie: 2 years experience; Commis Chef: 2 years experience; Baker/Chef: 10 years experience + Culinary Certificate/Diploma; F&B Server: 2 years experience. Proven record of integrity and employment letters of reference required.
