This position entails the diligent upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces through a combination of landscaping, hardscaping, and general maintenance duties. Perform a wide range of landscape and hardscape maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding gardens, and safely disposing of debris. Execute installations and maintain soft and hard landscaping features such as pavers, dry stack walls, steppingstones, and decorative concrete works. Demonstrate proficiency in handling and maintaining landscape-related tools and equipment. Knowledge of boat handling and general maintenance experience, along with specialist masonry skills, is preferred.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role either within landscaping companies or working directly for privately owned estates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Criminal background and employment references will be conducted. Valid Car or Heavy truck license preferred.
