On behalf of our client, AJ's Lumber Company Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Crew Supervisor/Carpenter. Key responsibilities of this role will include supervising and coordinating work crews while remaining hands-on in all aspects of cabinet installation, fabrication of high-quality counter tops, door hanging and site preparation. The successful candidate will oversee projects from preparation through installation, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately and to a high standard, while providing guidance and training to apprentices and other crew members. AJ. Lumber Company Ltd. is a drug and alcohol-free workplace.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and comprehensive knowledge of site preparation requirements, including the coordination of plumbing, tiling, electrical systems and other critical components. Must be computer literate. Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays. An Intermediate Truck license is essential and must have a clean criminal record.
