The St. Regis Bermuda Resort is seeking applicants for several leadership positions including Executive Butler, Systems Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and Director of Finance. These roles involve department head responsibilities, strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the high standards of a luxury brand. Specific duties range from managing butler services and guest satisfaction to technology planning, property asset protection, and financial department management.

Requirements

Executive Butler: Minimum 2 years front of house leadership in luxury brand hotel. Systems Manager: Bachelor’s degree or 6 years equivalent experience plus 4 years IT leadership in luxury hospitality. Loss Prevention Manager: Bachelor's degree and 7 years experience in loss prevention/security. Director of Finance: Minimum 10 years relevant financial management experience, preferably in hospitality.
