Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking a Vice President – Bermuda Claims Leader to take end-to-end ownership of the operational, budgetary, leadership, and strategic aspects of Aon’s Bermuda claims operation. This in-office role involves mentoring the claims team, serving as a client advocate with insurers, managing complex high-value claims, and driving process design and continuous improvement. The role reports to the CEO of Aon Bermuda Ltd. with a helix report to the Chief Claims Officer – United States and Bermuda.

Requirements

Deep understanding of the Bermuda claims market; strong technical expertise across commercial lines and complex policy wordings; proven operational leadership experience; ability to manage the claims lifecycle for complex matters; strong knowledge of key market participants; effective negotiation skills; excellent communication skills; at least 10 years' claims experience preferred or commensurate legal/commercial risk experience.
