The Garden Market Ltd. is looking for an experienced Grocery Store Manager with strong leadership skills and the desire to boost store profits while increasing visibility within the local competitive grocery industry. Responsibilities include meeting financial targets, coordinating employee relations (hiring, training, mentorship), vendor management, procurement, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and overseeing store administration like scheduling and P&L reporting.
Requirements
Diploma in Business or Retail Management or similar; 5+ years of industry experience as a Grocery Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager; Experience producing sales strategies to increase profit margins; Experience with industry-specific technologies and proficiency in credit and cash reports; Ability to handle highly pressurized and confidential scenarios with discretion and composure; Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons; Professional references and a BPS background check will be verified.
