Bermuda Realty Company Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Valuer for their Property Appraisals Team. The successful candidate will undertake residential and commercial valuation work for a wide range of purposes, including client relationship management, preparation of market commentaries, and support for the growth of the appraisal section. Key responsibilities include property inspections, preparing valuation reports for financial and legal purposes (secured lending, probate, matrimonial, etc.), and providing professional valuation advice across Bermuda property types.

Requirements

Current professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), either M.R.I.C.S. or F.R.I.C.S. RICS Registered Valuer status under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme. A minimum of 8 years post-qualification valuation experience (10+ years preferred), including substantial experience preparing valuation reports at a senior level. Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodology, RICS, and legal requirements. Ability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
