We are looking for two experienced Handyman with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel maintenance. Skilled in a variety of training including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: willing to paint and do heavy lifting, plumbing works, basic carpentry & masonry, HVAC, i.e. ventilation, thermostat & ac motor troubleshooting, pool maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electrical problems, replace outlets, switches and light fixtures as required and be available for on-call emergency repairs and act promptly in case of urgent maintenance issues. Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel maintenance. Skilled in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. College certification preferred. Willing to do heavy lifting and be available for on-call emergency repairs.
