Our client, Y Partners Limited, is seeking candidates for the role of Financial & Regulatory Advisor. The candidate will work alongside company partners, portfolio companies, and clients across banking, digital assets, funds, trusts, and other regulated sectors. This is not a traditional accounting role. The role will help build and strengthen businesses from the inside—designing governance frameworks, improving controls, supporting regulatory engagements, and helping leadership teams navigate periods of growth and transformation.

Requirements

A CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification. 7+ years of post-qualification experience within regulated financial services. Meaningful experience in at least two of: Banking, Asset Management, Digital Assets. Experience in Trust & Fiduciary Services or Insurance is advantageous. Experience operating within regulated institutions, with demonstrated ownership of financial reporting, governance and controls, regulatory engagement, finance transformation, or operational leadership. Familiarity with applicable Bermuda regulatory frameworks (e.g. BDCA, DABA, IBA, or Insurance regulation) is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
