The incumbent performs preventative maintenance and repairs across diverse technical systems—including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—while managing inventory, ensuring workplace safety protocols, and maintaining facility infrastructure. Responsibilities include guest service and communication, technical proficiency and repairs, systems and infrastructure management, and leadership and compliance with professional standards.

Requirements

Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification. Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background. Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting. At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
