Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will provide support in the areas of recruitment, due diligence, orientation, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing job advertisements based on the approved job description for HR Team review and approval. Coordinating the booking of Royal Gazette advertisements with Marketing and posting externally advertised roles. Reviewing candidate CVs for alignment and scheduling phone screenings. Booking interviews and preparing interview guides. Initiating due diligence checks, attending interviews, assisting with immigration applications, generating reports, and ensuring compliance of employee documentation. Drafting internal communications for HR projects and tracking HR activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business with three years’ experience in a similar role, a track record of leading projects in HR, excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and confidentiality management.
