Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide infrastructure and cloud strategy, ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of all infrastructure platforms across the organization. You will provide both strategic leadership and operational oversight, governing cloud and infrastructure networks across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. You will also lead a multi-functional team spanning Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering and Operations & Vendor Management, driving innovation, governance, and continuous improvement across the enterprise infrastructure landscape.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure and cloud environments. Proven experience leading medium-to-large IT teams and managing complex infrastructure environments. Demonstrated experience with vendor management, financial oversight, and contract negotiations. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT). Experience with infrastructure automation and modern engineering practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). ITIL and/or COBIT certification. Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimisation frameworks. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).
