Commercial Glass & Aluminum Co Ltd provides clients with exceptional residential and commercial glazing services and is involved in all aspects of the glass and glazing business. We are seeking to engage the services of a Project Estimator/Coordinator who will run, administer, and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of The Managing Director, aiming at the flawless execution of the projects under management. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to identify project requirements, helping prepare proposals and budgets, using project management tools, creating documentation, and assisting office staff with customer queries.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Project Estimation in a related field (window wall, curtainwall, sunshades/screens, structural glass walls and skylight projects). Previous experience in the delivery of projects from concept to completion. Ability to coordinate between architects, field people, and owners. Ability to read specifications and structural drawings. Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. Reliable and flexible towards working hours.
