Open Airways is a Bermuda-registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with asthma and COPD through education, support, advocacy, and community programs. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the charity. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community. Key responsibilities include operational management, grant applications, donor relationships, compliance, financial reporting, and supervising staff.

Requirements

University degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, healthcare, communications, or related field preferred. At least five years of progressive management experience, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or community sector. Demonstrated success in grant writing and fundraising. Excellent organizational, communication, financial, and leadership skills.
