The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for providing corporate administration and corporate governance services to a portfolio of external clients and, as required, Clarien Bank and its subsidiary companies. The incumbent will independently manage an assigned portfolio and act as a senior technical resource within the Corporate Administration function. Key responsibilities include managing statutory compliance, maintenance of corporate records, board and shareholder meeting administration, and providing technical guidance on Bermuda corporate administration and regulatory matters.

Requirements

Ten years or more of relevant corporate administration experience; University degree and/or professional designation (ACIS/ACG or FCIS/FCG); Two years of experience supervising or mentoring staff; Strong working knowledge of the Companies' Act 1981, Economic Substance Act 2018, and Bermuda AML/ATF legislation; Proficiency with Viewpoint or similar corporate administration software and Microsoft Office.
