In this role you will support strategic reviews, planning activities, and ad hoc projects aligned with leadership priorities; analyse business performance, strategic priorities and management information; prepare and maintain performance reporting scorecards and Annual Operating Plans; provide project management support for strategic transformation initiatives; track delivery, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions across key projects; and support governance forums and committees.

Requirements

Experience in strategic planning, business management, transformation or project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business performance data. Experience preparing management information, scorecards and operating plans. Experience creating governance materials, including papers and reports. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and other lookup functions, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and formatting, and creating basic charts and graphs. Previous experience within a bank or financial institution preferred.
