We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horticultural Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, deep knowledge of plant care, and the ability to manage comprehensive greenhouse operations. Oversee plant cultivation from seed germination to full transplanting, ensuring optimal growth conditions. In addition to hands-on horticultural work, you will provide expert guidance to customers, contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of nursery spaces, and support senior management in various operational tasks.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in horticulture or a related field. Minimum of three years of continuous hands-on experience within greenhouse or nursery management. Must be available to work weekends and early morning shifts, with the capability to handle 40+ hour weeks, including physically demanding tasks in greenhouse environments. Strong command of English, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions. A proactive team player, capable of working independently while contributing effectively to group efforts.
