We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Vice President, Client Risk Management Consulting in our Bermuda office. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Governance & Risk Management Services, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing oversight of enterprise risk management and governance frameworks for clients of Artex Capital Solutions (ACS). The role will be dedicated to identifying, assessing and supporting clients in meeting their regulatory obligations and protecting their organization’s capital and earnings. The role will involve business development activity to win engagements from client companies to review, implement and advise on risk management and governance frameworks, as well as providing training and monitoring new and upcoming regulations in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience designing, implementing, reviewing, and enhancing of enterprise risk management frameworks for regulated insurers. Strong knowledge of the Bermuda regulatory environment and the governance and risk-management expectations applicable to regulated insurers. Experience advising senior management, Boards, or committees on material risks, risk appetite, regulatory developments, control effectiveness, or remediation. Experience conducting enterprise risk assessments, insurance code of conduct gap analysis, maintaining risk registers, developing risk policies, and evaluating control frameworks. Advanced Certificate/Diploma level ICA, CAMS or equivalent would be advantageous. Business development experience advantageous. High level of integrity, attention to detail and computer literacy.
