Allied World is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-oriented professional to join our Bermuda team as Assistant Vice President, Client & Broker Engagement. This role will develop and support engagement initiatives that foster business growth and reinforce Allied World's position as a trusted partner. Working with leadership, lines of business and the broader client and broker engagement teams, this highly visible role requires someone who can work seamlessly with multiple internal and external stakeholders to translate business priorities into well-executed initiatives. The successful candidate must be equally adept at collaborating with leadership to shape client and broker distribution strategies while owning and managing day-to-day details.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of relevant experience in international business insurance, broking, client engagement, business development or relationship management; Strong understanding of the commercial property and casualty insurance marketplace and broker distribution network in the US, UK and Bermuda; Excellent communication and influencing skills; After-hours work is required; Some travel is required.
