Grotto Bay Beach Resort is seeking dedicated professionals for various hospitality and management roles. Positions available include Hotel Operations Manager, Financial Controller, Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Spa Therapist, and various service/maintenance roles. Candidates must be committed to delivering quality service in a great work environment. Schedules may include split shifts, weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours. Applicants must be willing to cross-train.

Requirements

Requirements vary by role. Generally, experience in the hospitality industry is required. Specific roles like Hotel Operations Manager require at least 5 years of experience in a similar senior executive role and a bachelor's or master's degree. Chef positions require relevant culinary degrees and years of experience. Spa Therapists must be certified from a recognized school with at least 2 years of experience.
