Our client, A.F. Smith is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager - Enterprise Technology; to manage and develop strategic customer relationships and deliver complex technology solutions to commercial, enterprise and public-sector clients in Bermuda. This is a senior strategic account-management position requiring a combination of technology knowledge, commercial judgment, executive relationship management and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans, building relationships with senior executives, and coordinating complex technology proposals and RFP processes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience; A minimum of five years' successful experience in strategic account management, enterprise technology solutions, managed services or a closely related B2B technology environment; Demonstrated experience managing significant commercial, enterprise or government customer relationships; Demonstrated experience managing complex technology proposals and competitive RFP processes; Practical experience with enterprise office technology, managed print services, workflow automation, and document-management; Experience coordinating complex technology implementations; Experience with commercial contracts, pricing, and contract renewals; Strong CRM, pipeline-management, and forecasting capabilities; Excellent written, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
