The Senior Corporate Administrator is responsible for working with a team in handling a full spectrum of administration and management of a portfolio of local and international companies. Responsibilities include acting as a main point of contact with clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, preparing forms and correspondence, attending board and committee meetings, contributing to process improvements, enhancing technical knowledge, assisting in training of administrators, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the Corporate Manager in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in company secretarial position gained from professional firms. Certification in Corporate Secretarial Practice I and II, or a relevant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) preferred. Exhibit the qualities of a team player and act as a team leader occasionally. Prior Board level experience. Possess a working knowledge of the Companies’ Act and relevant statutory regulations in Bermuda. Excellent organisation and planning skills, methodical, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail. Good time management to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
