We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Property in our Bermuda office. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and providing quality service to meet the growing demands and needs of AJG clients/agents, ensuring optimum account retention and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand relationships, leading and mentoring the Property team, overseeing day-to-day activities, analyzing market conditions, and conducting risk assessments.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years' experience in broking or underwriting. Robust knowledge of Bermuda, London and Lloyd's insurance markets. Strong understanding of property insurance products, coverage structures and risk management principles. Established relationships within the Bermuda insurance and reinsurance market preferred. Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic carrier and broker relationships. Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
