The Strategic Communications and Engagement Specialist within the Corporate Affairs Department supports strategic initiatives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, employee communications, non-regulatory advocacy, and organisational visibility. The postholder will work with internal departments and senior leadership, coordinate non-regulatory speaking engagements, corporate events, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and related briefing materials. Additionally, the incumbent is required to develop and coordinate communications content, including newsletters, reports, corporate documents, videos, and internal communiqués.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications. - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media content creation, and campaign management. - Experience planning and executing corporate events. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Working knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva and InDesign). - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
