Reporting to the Director, the postholder will be responsible for supporting the Operations Support Group by providing cross-functional coordination, analysis and execution support across facilities management, vendor management, systems integration and sustainability initiatives. They will also ensure operational activities are aligned, tracked and optimised to deliver efficient, compliant, and sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a business, operations, engineering, IT or related field; A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in operations, business analysis, or similar role within the financial services industry and/or with a financial regulatory body; Experience working across multiple operational domains (facilities, IT, vendors, etc.); Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar); Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMO, Agile, or hybrid); Experience in regulated environments is an asset.
